The Ramen Wall Had One Rule
If we're building a ramen experience for everyone, more people should actually be able to enjoy it

The Ramen Lab was getting bigger. More flavors. More heat. More questionable spice decisions. But somewhere between Buldak, Samyang and everything else filling the shelves, we made one decision: our ramen selection would be halal-certified.
No guessing at the shelf.
For us, this wasn't about making halal a special section. We wanted customers who care about halal certification to walk up to the Ramen Lab, explore different flavors and choose without wondering which shelf was for them. So we became stricter about what made it onto the wall. Where brands offer halal-certified versions, those are the versions we want to source. Simple.
More choice means very little if some people have to question whether the choice includes them.
Same obsession. Better standard.
Carbonara. Cheese. Buldak. The dangerously spicy ones. The fun doesn't need to disappear because the standard changed. We're still hunting for interesting ramen. We're just becoming more intentional about which ones earn a place in the Lab. FINAL One wall. Plenty of choices. One less thing to think about.
